Product Information
Can I order a floor lamp?
Yes, you can! However, each floor lamp is a unique piece, so it cannot be reproduced exactly. Before we accept and confirm the payment, we will contact you with shipping details. Once you approve, we will prepare the paperwork and create the shipping crate.
When will the floor lamps come back in stock?
The next lamp drop is on February 21st at 7 PM (AWST). We release new lamps every2 to 3 months. To stay updated on future drops, you can subscribe to our newsletter for more information.
Which floor lamps are available?
All the floor lamps listed in our collection on the website are available. If you’re interested in a custom piece, you can fill out the inquiry form on our homepage. For updates and upcoming lamp drops, check our Instagram @eternelhomedecor regularly.
Are your creations suitable for outdoor use?
We do not recommend to put them outdoor.
Shipping & Custom Fees
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do! However, customs fees will apply to all international orders. For larger items like floor lamps, custom clearance and paperwork are required. Please check our FAQ section on custom clearance for more details.
How long does shipping take?
For small items, shipping via Australia Post takes approximately 10 to 15 days, while DHL Express delivers in about 5 days. For large items like floor lamps, we ship via sea freight with DHL, which takes approximately 2 to 4 months. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing.
How does the custom clearance work?
For large items like floor lamps, the customs clearance process can be quite complex, but we’re here to assist you. While we help with the necessary paperwork, we are not responsible for selecting a customs broker. It’s important that you handle this on your end to ensure accuracy in your details.
Additionally, please note that deliveries in the U.S. can be particularly complicated due to customs clearance and final delivery logistics. To avoid extra fees, we recommend having at least four people available to unload the crate from the DHL truck upon arrival. Alternatively, we can arrange a removalist to transport the crate from the DHL warehouse to your home for an additional cost.
For U.S. shipments, an Importer Security Filing (ISF) form must be submitted by your broker at a specific stage of the shipping process. Failure to submit this on time can lead to significant delays and additional charges.
To ensure a smooth process and avoid unnecessary fees, you and I (Jodie) will need to stay in close contact at all timesuntil you receive your lamp.
